Day 1 - Arrival in Yellowknife & Aurora Viewing
Welcome to Yellowknife, the capital of Canada's Northwest Territories and one of the best places in the world to witness the Northern Lights. Upon arrival at Yellowknife Airport, you will be transferred to your hotel. Depending on your arrival time, you may either check in and relax or proceed directly to the evening aurora viewing experience.
As darkness falls, travel away from the city lights to the Indian Hunting Tent Valley Camp, where you can enjoy hot drinks and snacks while awaiting the spectacular Aurora Borealis. With Yellowknife's ideal location and clear skies, you will have an excellent opportunity to witness and photograph this natural phenomenon.
