Arrive at Vancouver International Airport before 4:00 PM and proceed for your pre-arranged group transfer to the hotel. After check-in, unwind before heading to an Indian restaurant for a welcome dinner. Meet your Tour Director for a briefing and group introduction as your Canadian Rockies adventure begins.

- Drop-off from Calgary hotel via hotel shuttle (cab fare payable by guests if shuttle is not operating)

- 7 dinners at Indian restaurants
- Services of a Tour Director – meets the group at 6 PM on Day 1 & remains with the group until the end of Day 7
- All transfers, sightseeing & entrance fees as per the itinerary
- Transportation in a 55-seater / 22-seater / 15-seater / van / sedan based on group size (Tour Manager will drive if group size is 10 or below)

- “Each passenger will be provided with only one bottle of water per day. Any additional beverages or extra water will be the passenger’s responsibility.”
- Flights: Arriving in Vancouver and departing from Calgary.
- Visa and Processing Fees: not Included
- Porterage: Provided for the duration of the tour.
- Mandatory Tips: USD$ 6 per person per day (applicable to both adults and children). Tips must be paid directly to the Tour Director for distribution to the driver and Tour Manager. Prepayment of tips is not permitted.
