  • The client must verify all details before confirmation. Zourney.in will not be responsible for any incorrect information provided.

  • Changes to bookings, if permitted, may incur additional charges and are subject to the policies of airlines, hotels, or service providers.

4. Payments & Pricing

  • Prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise.

  • Payments can be made through approved online payment gateways or bank transfers.

  • Zourney.in reserves the right to revise prices at any time due to fluctuations in taxes, fuel surcharges, or exchange rates.

  • The final amount payable will be confirmed at the time of booking.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellation requests must be made in writing (via email to sk@zourney.in).

  • Cancellation charges apply as per the specific package or service provider’s policy.

  • Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within a reasonable timeframe after deducting applicable fees.

  • No refunds are provided for unused services, no-shows, or voluntary early departures.

6. Travel Documents

  • It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that all travel documents (passport, visa, insurance, identification, etc.) are valid and up to date.

  • Zourney.in is not liable for any loss arising from missing or invalid documentation.

7. Liability & Responsibilities

  • Zourney.in acts only as an intermediary between the traveler and service providers such as airlines, hotels, and transport companies.

  • We do not assume responsibility for any loss, delay, injury, accident, or damage resulting from natural calamities, strikes, political unrest, or other unforeseen circumstances.

  • Our liability is limited to the amount paid to us for the specific booking.

8. Force Majeure

Zourney.in shall not be liable for failure to perform obligations caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, or technical failures.

9. Intellectual Property
