Welcome to Ho Chi Minh City, formerly known as Saigon, Vietnam’s largest and most dynamic city, renowned for its rich history, vibrant culture, and bustling commercial districts.
Upon arrival, you will be warmly greeted by your local guide and transferred to your hotel to drop off your luggage. Enjoy some time to relax after your flight before beginning your city exploration in the afternoon.
Your tour starts at the War Remnants Museum, which offers powerful insights into the Vietnam War through its extensive collection of photographs, artifacts, and historical exhibits. Continue to the Reunification Palace, formerly the residence of the President of South Vietnam and a significant landmark marking the end of the Vietnam War in 1975.
Later, take a stroll through the city center and admire some of Ho Chi Minh City's most iconic colonial-era landmarks, including City Hall, the Opera House, Notre Dame Cathedral (outside view only), and the beautifully preserved Central Post Office. Conclude the tour with a visit to the lively Ben Thanh Market, where you can browse local handicrafts, souvenirs, and traditional Vietnamese specialties.
